I've been having trouble getting to my Gmail for the last several days. When I open my browser (Gmail is my homepage) I just get a blank white screen. Fortunately I'm still getting my emails on my phone.
Anyone else having this problem?

Gmail opens rather slowly but still works fine once open.

Jason, I've had the same problem (started a few days ago). I use IE7 and found I can get Gmail to start only after deleting "Temporary Internet Files." Select Tools, Delete Browsing History, then Delete Temporary Internet Files. I'm sure only one (or a few) is causing the startup "block" but deleting all seems to work for me. I haven't noticed any ill effects from deleting but I'm probably too thick to see it anyway.
Edit: BTW, the first delete took a loooonnngg time to complete.

Jim Mc,
I have to do the same thing when I visit my favorite tractor site. It all started just after I did some Windows XP updates. I haven't found a quick fix for it yet. It doesn't block the site, it slows it down so much it reminds me of the first dial-up modems. I have a high speed cable ISP.

Thanks for the tip Jim, when I opened Explorer to try it, Gmail opened right up! Figures. Anyway, if it happens again, and I'm sure it will, I'll give it a try.
Thanks again,
Jason
