I found a used Vega fence I'm interested in buying:
1. It was mounted on a Unisaw, will it fit my older Craftsman?
2. What things should I look for when I inspect it?
3. No paperwork included, would I need some sort of instructions for mounting & adjusting?

I purchased a Vega fence about 6-7 years ago to replace my cheap Craftsman fence. This upgrade fit without the need to drill any new holes. As I recall, installation was pretty easy. It was a good upgrade and I have no plans to replace the saw even though it is now nearly 25 years old.
