Dalmation salad bowl

This is another example where the wood at least to me is more important than the turner. The wood is Dalmation and the bowl about 10 inches in dia. No finish yet. This wood is HARD.

Looks good! You did a nice sanding job, because it already looks nice and matte finished. But, of course, a "real" finish will just hilight that wood better! Good job
