Got myself a Hitachi SB10Y combination 4×36” belt and 8 ” disk. Built like a tank.

I bought a five-drawer tool chest base that Sears had for clearance. Put a 3/4 ply top on it and then put two 2×6’s across the long part of the top. Put my 10” Drill Press on one end and the Makita on the other.

Now I have a place for the drill press stugg and room for other stuff, also.

I would class this post as a gloat...... but you can't have a gloat without pictures.

So I guess this is not a post at all?????? :D:D

i'd like to hear (read) a review concerning the Hitachi sander. i'm actually looking at picking one of these up real soon. i've read the reviews on amazon...always nice to know what the Creekers have to say though. :)
