Universal Laser Systems Extends Customer Service Hours

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – (January 3, 2008) – Universal Laser Systems, Inc announced today that it has extended its Customer Service Center hours to 6:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. GMT, Monday through Friday.

Thanks for posting the notice. Do they mean GMT?

More likely "MST" than "GMT": 6AM-6PM GMT would be midnight to noon in Scottsdale.

I questioned them about this and they told me that the GMT was Arizona time zone because they do not have daylight savings. I believe it is MST in the winter and MDT during the summer months.

6:00am to 6:00pm GMT would be 1:00am-1:00pm on the east coast.

GMT is 7 hours ahead of Arizona time.

(Normally the only time I even think about GMT is during the summer, when I'm whining about the ungodly hour the European F1 races are televised here. :cool:)

I just wanted to clear up any confusion with the hours.

The hours are Arizona Standard Time:

6:00 am to 6:00 pm Arizona Standard Time would be:

In the Winter Months East Coast time 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and in the summer months it would be East Coast time 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Arizona does not use daylight savings.
