View Full Version : Festool parts & service get an A+

I had posted last week that I had a problem with the outlet on my CT33 vacuum. I had contacted the service center and they gave me several options. Return it, repair it or send me new parts. I opted for them to send me new parts. That was Thursday I believe last week. I recieved the parts today. I had actually already fixed it but it's good to know that they have parts in stock. Too many importers stock complete products but no parts. Apparently Festool is not one of those companies. A+ to Festool.:D

Great to hear. I knew they had good customer service, but I'm glad that you posted a concrete example of it.

I'm thinking about picking up the CT 22 and the 150/3 sander and this just gives me another reason to do so. As I work with more and more exotic woods, the dust from sanding becomes such an irritant issue and I see Festool as a great solution and them providing great customer service is quite the bonus.
