When did Stone Mountain Power Tools become KenTec ? http://www.kentec.com

I saw KenTec MegaTools (http://www.kentec.com/info/) at the Atlanta WW show. I wondered who they were...

Another tool store to visit... it's a hard life :)

Kentec and SMPT co-existed in the metro area for quite some time. Within the last year they merged. I recall getting something in the mail announcing the merger. Over the years, I bought quite a bit of stuff from SMPT, but I haven't visited them since the merger.
