Thanks for pointing that sale out. I just ordered one. I just used my new LN 62 low Angle Jack for the first time...WOW...I love it.

I have the regular LN low-angle block plane with the adjustable mouth and love it.

I try to only buy tools as I need them (usually for DIY carpentry projects) and lucky for me -- I needed this one! I'm installing some tilt-in replacement windows and need something to shave a little off the back side of the window stools (the thickness of the window units are 3-1/4" and I've only got about 3-1/8" in some spots). I thought of just using a chisel, or maybe even a router, but this little baby is just the thing.

And who knows, maybe someday I'll even use it for real woodworking! :D
