So after getting a lemon 12" version of this saw, and returning it, in the meantime the 10", which I'm planning to buy, has gone up $10 and the $10 discount code is now gone. Does anybody happen to have that code? Maybe it will still work.

The 12" was a real sweet deal, and now to get the 10", I'm almost having to pay the same as the 12" with discounts!!

I'm getting screwed.

Amazon comes through again.

I called customer service (or rather had them call me) and told them about the recent price increase and coupon, and they dumped a $20 coupon into my account. So when I ordered the new saw, the cart added the -$20 promotion. Pretty good service I'd say.

Oh yeah, nothing against Farid in New Delhi (those guys and gals are great for basic stuff--although I doubt "Nancy" is really "Nancy"), but I never get any results with the more complicated returns or customer service issues unless I talk to an American.
