Hello out there and Happy New Year! I have finally decided to upgrade from my Nova 1 HP lathe. I think I need more HP's since I have been turning lots of larger bowls and green wood. I am considering the "Mustard" Powermatic, is there anything better that is not twice the price? Here is a phoot of some bowls I made recently. Nested myrtle bowls, 2 out of 1 chunk of wood, maximum 14 inches across.

Bryan which Nova do you have that is 1 hp? Just curious. Great looking bowls.
