Black Walnut something

LOML says it is an "object d' art" as we cannot decide if it is a bowl or a vase that didn't try hard enough. It is about 5" by 3", tung oil then buffed.

Nice one Paul! I did one of those not too long ago and didn't know what to call it either. Mine was maple and looks nice with some silk flowers and greenery piled in it.

I really like turning walnut. Your bowl really looks good. Just call it a turned wooden container... or a "vowl". Whatever you call it, the grain and form is great.
