I just built a router table. The issue I have is that I can't get the router plate level with the surface of the table. I can get the left and right side level but when I level off the front & back, the right side is always to high. My best guess is that the table is bowed.
The top is 2 pieces of 3/4" MDF laminated together with laminate on both sides with 3/4" oak to trim it out. I bought the Woodpeckers TLR Phenolic plate and used there template to make the opening.
I have a friend that just made a table with the same table top design with a Jess-em plate that has a similar problem.
This is very frustrating.
