If you do, or want to do, very narrow inlay with a router, here (http://drillcity.stores.yahoo.net/6pcnewdocutr.html)'s some small downcut router bits. Downcut is better for inlay because you don't get as much tearing at the top of the cut.
Note that these are 1/8" shaft so you need a collet adapter to use them in a 1/4" collet. You can find collet adaptors on the web or one is here (http://www.cadcamcadcam.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=132).
