"Deadfall" ash lidded box & 2nd try at a pic

This box is about 4X6 and finished with mineral oil waiting to be buffed. I couldn't believe the color difference from ash harvested from a living tree to this piece that was taken from a deadfall that had stood in my woods for about 4 years before the ice storms last year toppled it......Bill
