Noisy CMT cutterhead

hello sawmill creek members

i have a question about my 3 HP shaper. I have a CMT cutterhead with the interchangable knives (insert tooling). my question is this:

When i run the shaper without the cutterhead, it purrs like a kitten, but whenever i install the large cutterhead and turn on the machine, it makes some noise. Not like a bad vibration or a grinding, just kind of a hum.

I haven't had much experience with shapers so the noise could be normal, and i'm pretty sure it is, i just wanted to try and get a second opinion.

Air movement is the noise.
Type and size of cutter determines how they sound.
Add dust collection and the noise increases also.
