Frozen tailstock on PM 3520

My tailstock seems to freeze up on me if I back it up too far when removing the live center. Other times I've been able to jiggle it free, but now it is truly stuck, the crank turns about 1/4 of an inch, that's all (it's the crank mechanisms that's frozen, the tailstock itself moves freely on the ways. I have to go to work now, so don't have time to mess with it any more, but would like to play when I get home. Any suggestions? Thanks,

I've had this happen a couple times on my lathe, which isn't a PM, so I'm not sure if this is the problem.

Crouch down below the lathe bed and look up at the tailstock assembly. There should be a clamp that gets depressed onto the bed when you lock the lever. Now, on that clamp there should be (maybe) an adjustment screw. If you turn that lefty-loosey just a little bit, maybe one turn, it might loosen it up. Good luck.
