I will say that mine isn't pretty, but it cost me next to nothing (two hinges, the rest is all made from scraps) and works great.

Tage Frid has plans for one in his book. Check out your local library they are bound to have a copy. I made one from this plan and used it for a year before I got an iron one last month. It works quite well.
