Wow, the video is like the bob ross of sharpening. Or Mr. Rogers. After digging around 150$ for that jig is a bit much. I like the Lee Valley jig as the blade angle is set by a reference and it's less than 1/3 the cost. But hey, that's just me.

Glad to know that you have two hands! Be careful who you share it with. That kind of information could become classified one day, and then you would be able to still tell us, it's just that you would have to kill us afterwards. :D
