pinnacle 25 watt not engraving

:confused:HELP!!! My laser receieves the job fine and shows the speed and power settins I send, but when I start the machine to do the job it reverts back to 50/50 on speed and power. Is there something in the settings or profile that i'm missing? Have got 15 jobs to get out before the 19th.. Thanks for any and all assistance.

Are you sure you're selecting "Manual Color Fill" mode? I've done that before. By not checking that, and being in "Black & White" mode by mistake... all your color settings for engraving at different speeds are ignored.

I'd run a vector cut on a piece of scrap to see if I could control the settings that way too.

Sounds like you're overlooking something simple.

It sounds to me as though it's your default settings. Click the 'Start' on your computer, go to printers and faxes. Choose your laser from the list and change the printing preferences.
