View Full Version : pinnacle 25 watt not engraving

HELP!!! My laser receieves the job fine and shows the speed and power settins I send, but when I start the machine to do the job it reverts back to 50/50 on speed and power. Is there something in the settings or profile that i'm missing? Have got 15 jobs to get out before the 19th.. Thanks for any and all assistance.

I would call tech support as soon as they open. In the meantime I would check the mode settings to be sure your in the standard engrave mode. I would also re-load the drivers.
