Jointer Question

I've got a lead on a Northwood 8"x66" jointer. I've never heard of these so I was wondering if anybody else may know something about Northwood. I don't want to get stuck with something that will be a problem down the road.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

There is currently a Northwood jointer on the Boston craiglist. Lister wants $1000 for jointer, scroll saw, and a 1959-three phase Uni. Hard to go wrong at this price.
