As promised here are a few pics of the Mission Wine Rack finished.

It's going to look great sitting in the dining room full of wine and glasses.

As the holiday season is quickly comming upon us it's time for me to stop being a weekend warrior in my shop and enjoy the xmas holidays.

It may be a little early but I would like to wish all of my fellow Creekers a safe and happy holiday season. It's fantastic being a part of this.

Now to figure out the next project to start in the new year!

Nice job Gary.

Merry Christmas to you and yours as well.

BTW it's always better to stay in the shop , a lil meat and cheese , wood stove fire , the smell of fresh cut wood , what could be better on a cold Alberta day.

Very nice looking wine rack.

I am still trying to id wood when I see and am not doing a very good job of it, so what is the wood you used on it?

Thanks Paul, I missed the first post.

Bill

As paul said, I used QSWO. The finish is a dark walnut stain and the topcoat is hand wiped poly.

Paul,

I think your right, I may have to slip into the shop for a few of the cold nights
