Scanning in Corel

Hello need help scanning from Ornament book to corel 12
1 scanned ornament to corel.
2 changed to line art and used threshold 157.
3 selected art work but can't get it hairline.
What did I miss doing ? Can't group or ungroup.

Just changing to lineart won't make it vector, that simply makes it black and
white rather than color or grayscale. You have to run trace on it, then clean up the resulting hairline (vector) image because the trace job is rarely perfect.

Thanks Joe when in trace how do bring your work back to Draw?

It will automatically come back to CD. You will need to ungroup it and get rid of the white background.

Yes, as long as you called up trace from within draw (select picture, then click bitmaps, then trace bitmap). If you left Draw and ran Trace then you have to import the file that you traced to.
