adapted from an old viking design used to hold up the cape so that the sword arm was free. Cherry and ?? palisander (danish) not sure what it is in english. dark oily used in a lot of furniture made in denmark in the 50-60´s dust is horrible and has a distinct odor... finish sand late on and off to 1200 polish with myland friction

Rasmus,
Very pretty...does a loop of the cloth come up through the center and then get pinned?

yes exactly.

dimensions are ring: 8 cm i diameter hole is 3,5 i diameter pin is 11 cm.

the next 3 pins will be longer, need 3-5 cm more, to ensure the scarf dosent fall out.
