Cutting Sturdy Board

I have been asked to cut some Sturdy Board which I am told is 3/16" CFC free polystyrene core sheet that is sandwiched between two sheets of glossy paper. Does anyone have any experience with this? What vector settings should I use on an Epilog Helix 45W?

I'd start by trying the same setting as you would use for cardboard first. It's probably one of those things your going to have to play around with anyway.. If you don't have any scraps to play with, tell them your gonna need some, or an extra piece or two...
