Help Needed: BenchDog Router Table Dust Colledtion

I am in the process of creating a tool gloat. I just got a Benchdog TS Table extention, Benchdog router lift, and PC 7518 router motor. Amazon has yet to deliver the router lift so I'm tring to keep moving.

The question: has anyone made a dust for the BD TS extention??? Can you post pics and descriptions, send drawings or anything to keep me going. I don't have the lift so I can't take measurements. Any advise would be very helpful.

Ken, I think that you could use a side pull DC on it like the one I use on my table. There would not be a lot of difference that I can see.
I am still very happy with it and the only things that get in to the router motor box are the large chips, I am still not sure why.

On the follow up thread (second link) this was after 3 months of use and the router was very clean.

What is that ShopSmith switch on the side? Have you figured out a way to VS the 7518?

It's just a power switch. The router plugs into it. It let's me leave the router on, and use the switch to turn it on and off.

My 7518 has electronic VS, I thought they all did. I have to open the cabinet to switch speeds.

Bill, I think I like what you've done. As soon as the lift gets here, I'm thinking I'll be trying to make do the same thing.

This thread (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=54500) describes the cabinet I build under my BenchDog cast iron top. While it's in a slightly different position than on a cabinet saw (mine is a slider), it's still a workable solution.
