Here is a dust shoe I made for my new router. I have posted this on a couple of other forums, but I thought I would add some input to this one!
The shop photo shows my setup along with the shop supervisor, Duke.

Leo:
Don't know where he got that brush, but I just bought some for a new dust shoe we made for our machine. I got some that is nylon on a flexible pvc carrier. It worked great. I got it from http://www.tanisinc.com/strip.php Nice folks too!

Hi Leo... sorry I haven't gotten back to you... this forum has not gotten up to speed yet, and I haven't checked it.
I got the brushes at the hardware store... they came with a tiny dustpan and were intended as a car accessory. Cost about $2 each. Much cheaper than anything else I could find.

I imagine that such products are hard to find, that makes me think about the small entrepreneur surviving condition.

I see sources for this all the time in industrial quanities. Try looking at Grainger or McMaster-Carr. They will typically have this is the material handling and/gasket sections.
Good Luck!
