Vector Feather File

Hi All,
I am once again looking for some vector artwork of feathers. I have attached a pretty bad image of what I am trying to find. As a related request: what are some good sites to look for "free" graphics? You folks have always come through for me (especially Frank), but it would be nice to explore other areas.

In case the image does not attach the feather I am looking for is similar to a William Penn era quill pen with a little swirl in the top of the feather. Not a history buff but I am from Pennsylvania.:)
