ChrisVery nice. But there are unwritten rules about telling us you've only been doing it for a year. That is not Kosher. Something like "I've struggle for years and finally discovered the secret of turning" would make me feel better. Again welcome and thanks for sharing.

Chris, I've got a white Jet lathe but it doesn't look anything like the one in the last picture! :)

my newest addition to the shop hasnt had any pictures taken of it yet
jet 1236 lathe bought from amazon for 329.99 shipped
got to play a little with it and broke the banjo waiting on a replacement
so for now i am still back to my round tube craftsman
