Looking for a light / mount (where to buy)

I am adding on to my shop and am setting aside an area to do finishing and am looking for a light and am wondering if anyone might know where I can get one. What I want is a light that is on a folding arm that I can move around to either highlight a spot or get a raking light for spraying etc. Problem is that the arm needs to be pretty big and stout as my planned mount-point is about 7' off the ground and about 8' away from where it will be used. I can even do with just the arm as I can build my own light. I am not even sure something like this exists but it seems like an idea worth exploring and thought that I would ask.
