I purchased the Frued 3 1/4 hp router online when my local Woodcraft was out and Saturday I decided to use it to rout out for a lift in my new router table but I could never get the bit to tighen up in the 1/4 or 1/2"
collets. I took the router to my local store this morning and explained the problem and that I had ordered it online but they exchanged the router with no questions ask, you can't get better service than that. I have always like Woodcraft but I now consider them the top of the line in my area.
