Noticed Steel City now has an Oscillating edge sander. Anyone own or at least seen one and have an opinion.

Sure wish someone would make a 1700 rpm unit. 3,900 seems fast for a sander. Grizzly makes one but I got to see another brand unit that looked the same and the table would flex because it was mounted to the sheet metal cabinet.

Looks interesting, Dave. I wonder what it sells for?

Oh, I agree with you on the speed...a large part of the deciding factor when I bought my combo sander was the 1750 rpm I could get with the G1276 I ended up with. (But I wish I would have bought an edge sander... ;) )
