Need a pistol box

Hi All,
I am looking for a wooden box that is big enough to hold a pistol and that can be engraved. Any supplier suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Not all pistols are created equal but try Moslow Brothers. They make some pretty nice walnut boxes that I use for some military awards.

Being walnut the contrast is not great so I use a black colorfill.

Are you locked into a box?

I keep the Denix Dx-28 Sword/Gun holders in stock for mounting guns on plaques. You'll have to search for them online to find your best price (usually http://www.discountcutlery.net/en-us/dept_22791.html has the best price - cheaper the more you buy - it's a $5 shipping fee for one set or 8 sets)

Anyway - they are spring loaded to hold a gun in place once mounted. It will allow you to mount the gun on a plaque or several other holders. The best thing about it, it allows the gun to be removed and replaced easily.

Side note - I've got an older fella here in town that has several plaques with his guns mounted on them - all of them loaded on the walls. He's ready for a fight no matter where he is in the house...
