Something I found that some of you may be interested in for making your own bandsaw blades from stock material.

The Badger Bandsaw Blade Welder will weld bandsaw blades up to 3/4" wide using a car battery as a source of current. This is a welder not a brazing jig.

I'll check it out. I'm not buying anything however until I sell some stuff. Buying bulk blade stock on Ebay could save a ton of money eventually.
