Looking for an award supplier

Check CRYSTAL BY DESIGN 2007 catolog page 20, I don't have WWW. but heres the phone #626 303 6060. There in CA. Also look Topmost Designs I know they had this type award in thier catolog to,their in CA.

I still can't seem to find the exact one. Close but not exact. My understanding is they need to match last years awards. Acrylic, 7inch high and 9 inch high.
I'll keep digging, thanks for the leads on suppliers.
