Rocking horse for x-mas

I've started a rocking horse for my two granddaughters. I've modified the design to use swing arm instead of rockers. (Don't want smashed fingers and toes.:eek::p) It's being made from qswhiteoak I got from our own Tom Sontag. I'm planning on making the base from cherry for a little contrast.

The legs location gave me a little trouble till I decided on using a set of winding sticks. Worked like a charm:rolleyes:.
