Freud SD-208 shim detached- how to fix?

On this dado set, the inside and outside blades have shims glued (?) on. One of them came off- I'm thinking to superglue it back on, but maybe epoxy is better? I also assume the thickness of the glue is somewhat important? Any suggestions? The set is 4-5 years old and I'd like to fix and sell it, then get a 508.

You can use acetone to remove the residue then put the blade on the arbor, apply a couple of drops of Super Glue to the shim and slide it onto the arbor. Press it against the blade with a twisting motion to spread the glue and the shim should stay in place.
