Is this worth $550 plust tax?

Ticar 8" Jointer , no base/stand, no motor... This machine is over fifteen years old, but has never been used. Original cosmolene has dried on machine, but we have now cleaned it up. Blades were never installed. The customer lost the blades. We checked it out. and all parts are installed. We will include a new set of 8" Amana H.S.S. blades. As well it looks just like the blue Jet 8" jointer.. The Ticar and Northwoods were manufactured in the same plant. This is our customers machine.
Price with new blades .............$550.00 + frt. and crating (approx. $50.00)

It doesn't have a stand or motor, but I can probably aquire an extra motor from my father in law.

No stand, no motor and 15 years old. Sounds really high to me. Take a look at the Grizz 8" jointer. Ive seen it brand new on sale for under $600 and it has a motor and a nice stand with dust collection.
