A few weeks ago, I called my local WoodCraft Store. I wanted the advertised 170 drill bit set for $29.95. I asked the sales person if they had them in stock prior to driving there in 2 days. He said that they had them. I asked if he would hold 2 sets for 2 to 3 days. I then said better yet, let me buy 2 sets and put them on my credit card. He told me that they had plenty not to worry. Well when I got there they were sold out. The store manager made it right. He had 2 sets shipped to my home, they arrived in 3 days and he sent me a $25 gift card. WoodCraft has won me over.
