This sign was a proof for myself. Not going to the customer. Their sign looked better!

Nice - it's always good to be able to show off the proof as 'good enuf' quality. It's crazy how we over-criticize our work sometimes. It's the hard part for someone who starts this out as a hobby not as a living. I'm sure they would have taken either the proof or the actual product - especially if it was better than this.

So - what did you improve upon? I can't see flaws unless the camera did you favors in the picture?!?!?

How did you make it? What's the material? You say you cut it - was it cut with laser or cnc or :eek: by hand...?

That looks superb! Do you mind me asking what's the material - CNC'd Corian, lasered and laminated Rowmark or am I completely off?

Judging by the "mottled" edge of the sign, I'm guessing it's Corian, Avonite or some other man-made, stone-like product.
