Hi,
The new Wood mag has a cip on a digital miter gauge from Sears that says it has the same brain as the ProMiter-100. The Sears one sells for $70. and the ProMiter for $400. Tried to look up the number they gave but no luck. Anyone seen one of these or know anything about them?

BTDT (Been There, Done That) - I checked about 2 weeks ago (the day I got that mag in the mail) - seems that the mag jumped the gun and printed the article before the product hit the street.

As soon as they do come out - I'm headed over to Sears to see one for real. If I like what I see - I may let one follow me home.

Might want to wait for Wixey's protractor.

which wood mag is this? Is there an online artical, with pics?

Does it just give you a digital readout on degrees of angle?

Tim,

Newest Wood mag ( Dec? ) Buddy has mine so can't look. Don't know if it is online or not. Article didn't really tell much but did grab my interest enough that I stopped at our local little independent Sears but they did not have one.
