A month or so ago I posted that I am selling my shop. After advertizing the thing for a while it hasn't sold, so I'm now selling it in pieces to get rid of it. You can see my post in the classifieds down stairs. The building is costing me a small fortune every month for space that is going un-used, so it's come to this.
I'm thinking that the economy is part of the reason for the shop not selling. No one seems to want to make a commitment. I've had a lot of people sniffing around, but no bites.
