How to Edit a JPG file

How did you do that ??

I used Paint Shop Pro (ver 7.0) to edit the picture. It is pretty straight forward assuming you have the proper photo-editing software. You may well have something on your computer that allows you to add text.

I think Microsoft Photo Editor is something you might have but I don't think it allows you to add text, unfortunately.

For about a $100, you can download PSP from their website. They may even have some demo version you can download and use. There are most likely cheaper and easier programs to use out there as well...I certainly am no expert.
