Tom Keen came out and picked up some of that Maple. What a super nice guy! I showed him another pile of wood, that which I thought was no good and he started sharing how to identify what and where the 'good' stuff is to be found. Turns out I'm missing out on some really good stuff. So we are going to arrange a time and he's going to bring out his saw and teach me how to get this wood out. Wow! I love it.

He has even offered for me to come out to his place for a few lessons. Once again... Wow! I'm so excited I can't stand myself. :eek:

Can't wait for the Chainsaw party. ;)

Well, the maple is the same stuff I've posted before. I'll be sure to take my camera on the chainsaw day. I'll take some then if he's not camera shy.
