I am planning on making my own version of a cross between the Festool MFT and the Kreg Klamp table.
Can someone with an MFT tell me how far apart the holes are? I know that they are 20mm in diameter.
Thanks!

...suppose any old Jim will do: MFT holes are 96mm on center

Sue - In case you were not aware of it - you can buy the MFT tops from Festool already drilled. The Festool part numbers are MFT-LP1080 for the large one or MFT-LP800 for the small one. Kind of pricey, but convenient. The hardware for the MFT, including the side rails and the fence/guide rail, is also available from Festool.

Dave,
My original plan was to buy the top instead of drilling my own, but I changed my mind. I only want the holes to use the clamps as I don't own the circular saw to use the guide.
Jim, thanks for the measurment.

For all of the metrically challenged amongst us.(me included)96mm=3 3/4".

Gary - For a machinist you should be ashamed of youself! 96mm is much closer to 3 25/32". Smile.
