Can anyone tell me where to get the plastic kerf "insert" for Glenn's crosscut sled in the picture?

I use a "dummy block" (same purpose) its the block at the rear center of the fence that the blade buries into (as opposed to your thumb):

If that is what is on the left of the picture ( two extra) they look to be Melamine covered partical board. The holes in these match the one in the sled.
