Hi,
I am going to make crosscut sled(s) for my table saw. Does it matter, or do you have any recommendations as to what type of plywood to use? (e.g. thickness, wood type, grade)

this site has many choices:

My crosscut sled is made out of a scrap piece of 3/4" Birch Plywood I had in the shop. Probably more important though is what the rail that slides through your tablesaw is made from. Make sure you use a good piece of hardwood like oak, that way it will last.
