We have a wool carpet (maybe a year old) in the den and I noticed that it looks a tad thinned out along a 1-2' section of baseboard.

I guess critters like to eat wool whether in sweaters or carpets, eh?

Any advice? I vacuumed the area good but didn't really see anything.

One thing that 'saves' real wool rugs is making sure there is always light in the room. For some reason the moths leave it alone then. We've got 4 Persian wool rugs that have no damage because there is always light kept in the rooms we have the rugs.
