2 years ago I bought a Fein Turbo III from my local Woodcraft. It was the last one in the store and it had a piece missing from the collar the hose attaches to. Since I needed to use it that day I bought it and figured I could live with it. Last week it finished breaking and fell out of the canister. I wrote Fein and said I wanted to purchase a replacement. I never mentioned the piece was broken coming right out of the box. After 2 years I should pay for a new one. They didn't ask for any money just sent me a new assembly. My hat is off to these folks for their great customer service.
