I have a high-end job coming up for a home décor store. I am looking for high-end high-resolution wildlife laser ready artwork (north American wildlife, i.e. bears, deer, elk, trout). Something like animal in foreground and environment in the background. I really haven’t been able to find anything that I like…any help or references would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

David,

There are a number of sources for the kind of artwork you are loking for but the best I have found is from Tatoo Art (http://www.tattoo-art.com/).

You can view their artwork from their web site and contact them if you want to purchase a particular piece. At one time they were selling a set of CD's but I don't know if they are still available. I just tried their web site and it timed out, they may be having problems. I have their complete set of both vector and engravers CD's.
Check out the five graphics in this thread for samples;

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife service has a digital image library
There are lineart .tif as well as grayscale.. Most can be vectorized with Trace..
The first one is mosly photos
The second is traceable art (but a lot is low res.)

Some of the finest stuff I have seen is from the laser tile folks. On this page, scroll down to the wolf head and click "view the full package of art" and you should have quite a few to pick from. They seemed reasonable for what they were when I looked at them some time ago. Not cheap, but reasonable.
